Kimberly Thornwell is a first-time children’s book author who tells a story about the extraordinary value of true gifts. She has had a lifelong passion for reading and believes in the wonder, creativity, and infinite possibilities found within books. Kimberly draws from her own experiences as an imaginative, curious, and problem-solving child, to write stories that engage and empower young readers. Kimberly’s interest in storytelling developed as a graduate student and deepened once she became a mother to two children. She is motivated to share relatable, positive messages with young readers. With a background rich in personal and professional interactions with young people, Kimberly brings genuine enthusiasm to the art of storytelling.
